As an initial step before commencing the internship program, PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Tbk held a virtual briefing session for CPBSA Batch 7 participants on June 24, 2026.<\/h6>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"2\">This activity aims to provide participants with an initial understanding of the program&#8217;s workflow while equipping them with work methodologies, report preparation, and data analysis approaches to be utilized during their internship.<\/h6>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"3\">The briefing was attended by the selected participants, mentors, and the program committee. In her opening remarks, the Chairperson of the CPBSA Batch 7 Program, Ms. Ika K. Sesaria, expressed her appreciation to all participants who successfully made it through the selection process to become part of this year&#8217;s program.<\/h6>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"4\">\u201cGo through the entire series of activities with enthusiasm, remain consistent until the end, stay hungry for knowledge, and seize this opportunity to build experience as well as good networks,\u201d she advised the participants.<\/h6>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"5\">The event was interactive, featuring introduction and discussion sessions designed to build the participants&#8217; readiness before entering the professional world. In addition to understanding the stages of the program, participants were encouraged to recognize their personal traits and work ethics to support their adaptation process during the internship.<\/h6>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"6\">During the material presentation session, participants received guidance on project reporting formats, research methodology, as well as the fundamentals of data processing and analysis. These materials were structured to help participants understand the project implementation stages comprehensively, ranging from observation, data collection, and analysis, to the final report writing and presentation.<\/h6>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"7\">Participants also received direction regarding report writing, which includes problem statement identification, actual problem situations, project benefits, literature reviews, research methodologies, and the formulation of alternative solutions based on analysis results.<\/h6>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"8\">Through this briefing activity, Charoen Pokphand Indonesia hopes that the CPBSA Batch 7 participants can undergo their internship program in a more structured and adaptive manner, while being able to generate a learning experience and contributions that add value within the industrial environment.<\/h6>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"9\">As part of the program series, the CPBSA Batch 7 awardees will undergo their internships across various industrial units owned by PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia.
