POULTRYINDONESIA, Jakarta<\/strong> \u2013 As part of the preparation for internships across various business units, PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPI)<\/strong> held an orientation program for participants of the Charoen Pokphand Best Student Appreciation (CPBSA) Batch 7<\/strong> at the company’s headquarters in Jakarta on June 30. The event marked an important milestone for participants, providing guidance, networking opportunities, and essential preparation before gaining hands-on experience in Indonesia’s poultry industry.<\/h5>\n
The orientation was conducted in person following an earlier online briefing session. A warm and enthusiastic atmosphere filled the event from the outset as participants were welcomed to Charoen Pokphand Indonesia’s headquarters, a site of historical significance as the company’s first office in Indonesia since its establishment in 1973.<\/h5>\n
In her opening remarks, Ika K. Sesaria<\/strong>, Chairperson of CPBSA Batch 7, congratulated all participants for successfully passing the highly competitive selection process.<\/h5>\n
“Out of hundreds of applicants, only the best candidates were selected to participate in the CPBSA Batch 7 program,” she said.<\/h5>\n
Participants were also encouraged to make the most of this opportunity, as they will receive guidance throughout the internship from experienced mentors at Charoen Pokphand Indonesia.<\/h5>\n
“Take advantage of this opportunity to learn as much as possible from your mentors and senior colleagues. Not everyone has the chance to gain firsthand experience in the industry,”<\/em> she emphasized.<\/h5>\n
In addition to motivational sessions, participants received insights into the importance of adaptability during their internships. They were reminded that the workplace does not always unfold as expected, and were encouraged to maintain a positive mindset and remain open to challenges, whether related to the work environment, accommodation, or personal adjustment.<\/h5>\n
The program also featured interactive group activities designed to help participants get acquainted, strengthen communication skills, and build connections with fellow students from universities across Indonesia. The key message emphasized throughout the session was that developing professional relationships and networking skills is an essential foundation for future career success.<\/h5>\n
The orientation continued with presentations from the company’s internal speakers, who introduced participants to the realities of the poultry industry, opportunities for personal and professional development, and the valuable learning experiences they can expect throughout the internship program.<\/h5>\n
Through this orientation, Charoen Pokphand Indonesia hopes that all CPBSA Batch 7 participants will embark on their internships with a strong commitment to learning, excellent adaptability, and the readiness to grow into young professionals capable of making meaningful contributions to the industry’s future.<\/h5>\n
