Tingkat penggunaan <em>Azolla <\/em>sampai dengan 10% tidak memberikan pengaruh negatif pada bobot karkas itik. Penambahan enzim selulase E-0,10 dalam ransum dapat memperbaiki bobot karkas itik, yang ditunjukkan pada bobot karkas mutlak <em>Azolla<\/em> dan enzim yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hanya diberikan <em>Azolla<\/em> saja. Apabila bobot potong yang besar diikuti dengan bobot karkas yang besar, maka persentase karkas akan tinggi, begitu pula pada bobot karkas yang kecil maka akan menghasilkan persentase karkas relatif yang rendah pula. Menurut Kardaya dan Ulupi (2005), bobot karkas dipengaruhi oleh bobot badan akhir dan perlemakan tubuh pada waktu mencapai kondisi dipasarkan.<\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Baca Juga:&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/poultryindonesia.com\/potensi-produksi-tinggi-pakan-itik-menjadi-hal-yang-penting\/\">Potensi Produksi Tinggi, Pakan Itik Menjadi Hal yang Penting<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Nilai ekonomis : Income Over Feed and Duck Cost (IOFDC)<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6>Rataan nilai IOFDC cenderung menurun dengan semakin tinggi tingkat penggunaan <em>Azolla<\/em> dalam ransum. Harga ransum yang mengandung <em>Azolla<\/em> relatif lebih murah dibandingkan A-0 yaitu tanpa <em>Azolla<\/em> dan nilai IOFDC-nya semakin menurun pada tiap level pemberian <em>Azolla<\/em>. Hal yang sama terjadi pada penambahan enzim, namun nilai IOFDC-nya lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perlakuan yang hanya diberikan <em>Azolla<\/em> saja. Nilai IOFDC tertinggi terdapat pada E1A0 atau hanya dengan penambahan enzim 0,10% tanpa penambahan <em>Azolla<\/em>. Nilai IOFDC diperoleh dari hasil penjualan produksi dikurangi biaya ransum untuk menghasilkan produksi, termasuk di dalamnya biaya bibit.
