{"id":14795,"date":"2020-07-27T18:29:47","date_gmt":"2020-07-27T11:29:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/poultryindonesia.com\/?p=14795"},"modified":"2020-07-27T18:32:48","modified_gmt":"2020-07-27T11:32:48","slug":"dampak-pengunaan-full-fat-soybean-meal-pada-pakan-unggas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.poultryindonesia.com\/id\/dampak-pengunaan-full-fat-soybean-meal-pada-pakan-unggas\/","title":{"rendered":"Dampak Pengunaan Full Fat Soybean Meal pada Pakan Unggas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6><strong>POULTRYINDONESIA, Jakarta &#8211;<\/strong> United States Soybean Export Council (USSEC) mengadakan webinar bertajuk \u201c<em>Full Fat SBM Utilization in Poultry and Swine Feed<\/em>.\u201d Seminar ini dilaksanakan secara daring pada hari Senin, (27\/07) mengingat seminar secara fisik belum dapat dilakukan akibat pandemi COVID-19.<\/h6>\n<h6>William Verzani selaku Regional Agricultural Attach\u00e9 Foreign Agricultural Service USDA, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia dalam opening remarks mengucapkan terimakasih kepada para peserta yang mengikuti seminar kali ini. \u201cSeminar hari ini kita akan membahas beberapa aspek teknikal pada produk kedelai dan saya harap seminar ini dapat bermanfaat,\u201d ujarnya.<\/h6>\n<h6>Presentasi materi pertama pada seminar ini yang berjudul &#8216;<em>Advantages of Using Full Fat Soybean Meal in Broiler, Layer, and Broiler Breeder Feed&#8217;<\/em> dipaparkan oleh Dr. Budi Tangendjaja selaku Technical Consultant USSEC menjelaskan bahwa processing menjadi faktor yang penting dalam mempengaruhi komponen nutrisi pada<em> Full Fat Soybean Meal<\/em> (FFS). Temperatur akan mempengaruhi proses kecernaan kedelai, hal ini disebabkan oleh penurunan Tripsin Inhibitor pada kedelai. Penggunaan suhu 1400 C memiliki efek yang terbaik pada pertambahan bobot pada ayam.<\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Baca Juga:&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/poultryindonesia.com\/ussec-gelar-webinar-tentang-teknologi-pakan-dan-nutrisi-broiler\/\">USSEC Gelar Webinar Tentang Teknologi Pakan dan Nutrisi Broiler<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6>\u201cMetode <em>extrusion<\/em> berpengaruh pada dinding sel kedelai secara mikroskopis, ketika kita memasaknya maka dinding sel tersebut akan meluruh dan menghancurkan enzim tripsin inhibitor. Akan tetapi, jika bungkil kedelai mengalami <em>overcooked<\/em>, maka kandungan proteinnya akan menjadi turun,\u201d jelasnya.<\/h6>\n<h6>Kualitas soybean dapat diukur menggunakan melalui beberapa metode, diantaranya warna, bau, metode secara kualitatif yaitu <em>urease test<\/em> (perubahan warna), secara kuantitatif diantaranya <em>urease activity<\/em> (perubahan pH) dan trypsin inhibitor. Metode lainnya yaitu KOH (0,2%) <em>protein solubility<\/em> dan <em>reactive lysine<\/em> digunakan untuk melihat apakah terjadinya <em>overcooked<\/em> pada pemrosesan kedelai.<\/h6>\n<h6>Berdasarkan beberapa percobaan di lapangan pada broiler dan layer, Budi memaparkan bahwa FFS dapat digunakan sampai dengan 40%. Pada layer dalam masa pullet maupun laying, r<em>aw soybean<\/em> tidak dianjurkan untuk diberikan, sebaliknya FFS dapat diberikan karena secara signifikan dapat memperbaiki <em>Feed Conversion Ratio<\/em> (FCR) dan ukuran telur.
