Selamat Mencoba!&nbsp;<\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Bahan Utama :<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>1 ekor bebek peking<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>3 sdm kecap manis<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>2 sdm kecap asin<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>250 ml air<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Bahan Bumbu Panggang :<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>3 buah jeruk nipis<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>3 sdm gula pasir<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>1 sdm angkak<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>1 sdt lada bubuk<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Garam secukupnya<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Cara Membuat : <\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>Bersihkan bebek, lalu potong-potong sesuai selera.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Setelah itu, letakkan potongan bebek ke dalam sebuah wadah. Berikan perasan air jeruk nipis ke dalamnya. Kemudian aduk-aduk bebek hingga terlumuri dengan air jeruk nipis secara merata, lalu sisihkan.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Siapkan sebuah wadah, campurkan garam, gula pasir, lada bubuk, angkak, kecap asin, dan kecap manis, aduk-aduk semua bumbu hingga tercampur merata. Marinasi bebek dengan bumbu tersebut lalu diamkan selama kurang lebih satu jam.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Siapkan loyang untuk memanggang bebek, letakkan beberapa potong bebek di atasnya. Masukkan loyang berisi bebek ke dalam oven yang bersuhu 180 derajat Celsius. Berikan olesan sisa bumbu kecap tadi, lalu panggang bebek hingga matang dan sedikit kering.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Jika sudah dirasa matang, keluarkan bebek peking dari dalam oven.
