Walaupun harga karkas dan telur di tingkat konsumen akhir selalu stabil, nyatanya harga ayam hidup maupun telur di tingkat peternak <em>(farmgate) <\/em>selalu mengalami fluktiasi harga. Tak ayal, para peternak baik broiler maupun layer seringkali mengalami kerugian akibat menjual hasil panennya di bawah Biaya Pokok Produksi (BPP).<\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Baca juga : <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.poultryindonesia.com\/meniti-jalan-bersama-agar-lebih-kuat-bersaing\/\">Meniti Jalan Bersama Agar Lebih Kuat Bersaing<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6>Maka dari itu Kementerian Pertanian melalui Direktur Jenderal Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan, Nasrullah memberikan penjelasan melalui sebuah rilis kepada awak media Sabtu, (12\/2). Dalam rilis tersebut dijelaskan beberapa langkah terkait upaya pemerintah untuk menjaga stabilisasi perunggasan.<\/h6>\n<h6>Menurut Dirjen PKH Nasrullah, menyebutkan bahwa potensi produksi Day Old Chicken Final Stock (DOC FS) ayam ras pedaging bulan Februari 2022 sebanyak 272,19 juta ekor, kebutuhannya sebanyak 220,29 juta ekor dan berpotensi surplus sebanyak 51,90 juta ekor.<\/h6>\n<h6>Lebih lanjut Nasrullah mengatakan bahwa, sesuai tugas dan fungsi Kementerian Pertanian di aspek hulu telah mengatur penyediaan ayam melalui produksi dalam negeri yang didasarkan pada rencana produksi nasional untuk menciptakan keseimbangan <em>supply<\/em> dan <em>demand<\/em>.<\/h6>\n<h6>\u201cDalam rangka menjaga keseimbangan dan stabilisasi <em>supply-demand<\/em> selama ini telah dilakukan pengaturan dan pengendalian produksi DOC FS ayam ras pedaging melalui <em>cutting Hatching<\/em> <em>Egg<\/em> (HE) <em>fertil<\/em> dan afkir dini <em>Parent Stock<\/em> (PS) umur di atas 64 minggu\u201d, ungkap Nasrullah.<\/h6>\n<h6>Nasrullah menekankan bahwa dalam hal perkembangan harga telur ayam ras dan ayam hidup (livebird) tingkat peternak saat ini terpantau oleh Petugas Informasi Pasar (PIP) dan masih berada di bawah harga acuan Permendag No. 7 tahun 2020. Ia sebutkan untuk potensi produksi telur ayam ras secara kumulatif tahun 2022 sebanyak 5,92 juta ton, kebutuhannya 5,31 juta ton dan potensi surplus 615,11 ribu ton.<\/h6>\n<h6>\u201cPemberlakuan afkir dini PS tersebut menunjukkan perusahaan pembibit membatasi umur pemeliharaan PS maksimal sampai umur 64 minggu, sehingga laju produksi DOC FS lebih terkendali dan seimbang dengan kebutuhannya\u201d, imbuhnya.&nbsp;<\/h6>\n<h6>Sementara itu, potensi produksi telur pada bulan Februari 2022 sebanyak 456,53 ribu ton, kebutuhannya sebanyak 414,29 ribu ton dan berpotensi surplus sebanyak 42,22 ribu ton, sehingga telah dilakukan berbagai upaya stabilitas perunggasan.<\/h6>\n<h6>&#8220;Kita optimis dalam periode minggu berikutnya di bulan Februari harga livebird dan telur ayam ras tingkat peternak segera mengalami kenaikan menuju harga acuan&#8221;, kata Nasrullah.<\/h6>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POULTRYINDONESIA, Jakarta \u2013 Komoditas ayam ras pedaging maupun ayam ras petelur merupakan salah satu komoditas pangan sumber protein hewani unggulan di masyarakat.
