Kemudian tekan hingga ayam terbuka melebar. Cuci bersih dan tiriskan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Giling halus semua bahan Bumbu Kuning. Masak dengan api sedang hingga airnya menguap.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambahkan daun jeruk, serai, daun salam dan lengkuas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tuangi air, masukkan ayam utuh, tambahkan garam, gula, merica dan kaldu jamur.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masak dengan api kecil hingga bumbu meresap dan ayam empuk.
