Ayam biasanya dimarinasi dalam campuran kunyit, jahe, bawang putih, bawang merah, lalu dimasak hingga daging ayam lembut dan matang sempurna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keistimewaan Ayam Pinadar terletak pada bumbu khasnya yang menggunakan andaliman, yang merupakan rempah khas Sumatera Utara, memberikan sensasi pedas dan sedikit menggetarkan lidah. Diamkan selama 15 menit, lalu panggang ayam hingga matang. Sisihkan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sangrai kelapa parut hingga harum. Masukkan ketumbar, merica, dan 1 sdt garam. Sangrai terus hingga matang kecoklatan atau mulai keluar minyak dan aromanya gurih.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ulek kelapa sangrai agar tidak terlalu kasar dan agar aromanya lebih keluar.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan bumbu utuh, masak hingga bumbu matang.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masukkan kelapa sangrai, aduk rata.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masukkan ayam panggang, tuang air secukupnya. Masak hingga mendidih. Tambahkan garam dan merica sesuai selera.
