Sebagai tahap awal sebelum pelaksanaan program magang, PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Tbk menyelenggarakan kegiatan <strong>Pembekalan Peserta CPBSA Batch 7<\/strong> secara daring pada 24 Juni 2026.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman awal kepada peserta mengenai alur program sekaligus membekali mereka dengan metode kerja, penyusunan laporan, serta pendekatan analisis data yang akan digunakan selama pelaksanaan magang.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pembekalan diikuti oleh para peserta terpilih, mentor, dan panitia program. Dalam sambutannya, Ketua Program CPBSA Batch 7, Ibu Ika K. Sesaria, menyampaikan apresiasi kepada seluruh peserta yang telah berhasil melewati proses seleksi dan menjadi bagian dari program tahun ini.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cJalani seluruh rangkaian kegiatan dengan semangat, tetap konsisten hingga akhir, terus haus akan ilmu, dan manfaatkan kesempatan ini untuk membangun pengalaman serta relasi yang baik,\u201d pesannya kepada para peserta.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kegiatan berlangsung secara interaktif melalui sesi pengenalan dan diskusi yang dirancang untuk membangun kesiapan peserta sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Selain memahami tahapan program, peserta juga diajak mengenali karakter diri serta pola kerja yang akan mendukung proses adaptasi selama menjalani magang.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada sesi materi, peserta memperoleh pembekalan mengenai format pelaporan proyek, metodologi penelitian, serta dasar pengolahan dan analisis data. Materi tersebut disusun untuk membantu peserta memahami tahapan pelaksanaan proyek secara menyeluruh, mulai dari observasi, pengumpulan data, analisis, hingga penyusunan laporan dan presentasi akhir.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peserta juga mendapatkan arahan terkait penyusunan laporan yang mencakup identifikasi permasalahan (<em>problem statement<\/em>), kondisi aktual (<em>problem situation<\/em>), manfaat proyek, studi literatur, metodologi penelitian, hingga penyusunan alternatif solusi berbasis hasil analisis.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Melalui kegiatan pembekalan ini, Charoen Pokphand Indonesia berharap para peserta CPBSA Batch 7 dapat menjalani program magang secara lebih terstruktur, adaptif, serta mampu menghasilkan pengalaman belajar dan kontribusi yang memberikan nilai tambah selama berada di lingkungan industri.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebagai bagian dari rangkaian program, para awardee CPBSA Batch 7 akan menjalani program magang di berbagai unit industri milik PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia.
