Sebelum riuhnya kota kembali aktif, warung-warung soto di setiap sudut kota sudah lebih dulu ngebul, menjadi penanda awal pagi bagi sebagian warga sebelum berangkat kerja.\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kebiasaan menikmati soto di pagi hari dikenal sebagai \u201cnyoto\u201d oleh masyarakat Jogja. Rutinitas ini terus berulang dan selalu menjadi teman memulai hari di Kota Gudeg itu. Soto yang umum ditemui cenderung berkuah bening yang ringan, berisi sayuran dan protein dari daging ayam, cocok sebagai menu sarapan yang menyegarkan ketika tubuh belum siap menerima asupan yang terlalu berat.\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bagi orang Jogja, semangkuk soto hampir tidak pernah dimakan sendiri.
