Dilansir dari laman <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kulinerindonesia.web.id\"><em>www.kulinerindonesia.web.id<\/em><\/a>, di daerah asalnya, masakan yang satu ini merupakan salah satu hidangan utama dalam berbagai acara adat, dan juga bisa dijumpai saat acara-acara besar lainnya seperti acara penyambutan tamu kehormatan maupun pesta pernikahan.<\/h6>\n<h6>Selain dagingnya yang gurih dan empuk, ternyata banyak sekali kandungan gizi dan manfaat dari daging ayam lokal saat kita mengonsumsinya. Ayam lokal ini memiliki kandungan protein dengan kualitas tinggi dan kandungan lemak yang rendah. Tidak hanya itu, ayam lokal juga mengandung mineral seperti kalsium, tembaga, zat besi, kalium dan zink, serta memiliki kandungan vitamin seperti vitamin A dan vitamin B. Menurut Daftar Komposisi Bahan Makanan (DKBM), di dalam 100 gram ayam lokal memiliki kandungan energi sebesar 246 kkal, protein 37,9 gram, dan lemak 9 gram.<\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Bahan-Bahan Membuat Ayam Cincane :<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>1 ekor ayam lokal, dipotong 4 bagian (atau sesuai selera)<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>2 lembar daun salam<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>2 batang serai, dimemarkan<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>3 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>3 cm jahe, dimemarkan<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>2 sdt garam<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>1 sdm gula merah sisir<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>500 ml santan dari 1\/2 butir kelapa<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>1 sdm air jeruk nipis<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>2 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Bumbu Halus Ayam Cincane :<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>8 butir bawang merah<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>5 siung bawang putih<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>5 buah cabai merah besar<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>4 buah cabai merah keriting<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>2 butir kemiri, disangrai<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>1 sendok teh terasi bakar<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Cara Membuat Ayam Cincane :<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, serai, lengkuas, dan jahe sampai harum.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Masukkan ayam. Aduk dan masak sampai berubah warna.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Tambahkan garam dan gula merah.
