Dengan analisa dan pengujian yang lebih maju, <em>Mycotoxin binder<\/em> dapat terlihat efektivitasnya dalam mengikat toksin yang ada pada <em>raw material<\/em> atau pakan jadi.&nbsp;Penggunaan <em>Mycotoxin binder<\/em> sangat perlu disesuaikan dengan struktur ikatan kimia toksin-nya. Struktur ikatan kimia dan bentuk setiap toksin sangat beragam, seperti golongan Aspergillus toksin yaitu : Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, dan G2, Penicillium toksin : Ochratoxin A, Fusarium toxin : Fumonisin B1 dan B2, Zearolonone, Trichothecene deoxynivalenol (vomitoxin) dan T-2\/HT-2 toxin.<\/h6>\n<h6><em>Mycotoxin<\/em> ini adalah dasar bagi Biochem untuk melakukan penelitian yang bekerja sama dengan lembaga yang diakui secara international, universitas, dan laboratorium di Amerika Serikat, Jerman, dan Belanda. Penelitian difokuskan pada penyelidikan dan mendokumentasikan sifat pengikatan <em>Mycotoxin-<\/em>spesifik<em>.&nbsp;<\/em>Klasifikasi <em>mycotoxin binder<\/em> berdasarkan jenis struktur kimia yaitu banyak lapisan silikat (<em>Phyllosilicates<\/em>), seperti bentonite, kaolinite, sepiolite, atau vermiculite, kerangka lapisan (<em>Tectosillicates<\/em>), seperti clinoptilolite (<em>zeolite<\/em>), dan amorf silikat seperti kieselguhr (<em>diatomaceous<\/em> <em>earth<\/em>). Sekilas banyak yang berasumsi bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara bentuk struktur kimia<em> mycotoxin binder<\/em>. Seluruh <em>mycotoxin binder<\/em> umumnya sangat baik dalam mengikat Aflatoxin B1, namun kemampuan untuk mengikat jenis toksin lainnya seperti Fusarium, Zearolonone, atau Ochratoxin A sangat bervariasi. Analisa juga meliputi beberapa faktor seperti luas permukaan, ukuran partikel, dan pori-pori partikel untuk menemukan dan menentukan Biotox sebagai <em>mycotoxin<\/em> yang paling tepat dan mampu mengikat semua jenis toksin. Kapasitas mengikat toksin yang tinggi dari Biotox dibuktikan dari hasil analisa in-vitro di laboratorium tersertifikasi secara internasional. Biotox secara signifikan mampu mengikat toksin secara menyeluruh seperti Zearolonone, T-2, Ochratoxin A, dan Fumonisin B1 dibandingkan dengan <em>mycotoxin binder<\/em> kompetitor lainnya. Pada hasil analisa, efisiensi biotox dalam mengikat Fusarium toksin T-2 sebesar 83% sedangkan kompetitor lainnya jauh dibawah dari pencapaian angka tersebut.<\/h6>\n<h6>Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa efektivitas <em>mycotoxin binder<\/em> dalam mengikat toksin polar dan non-polar ditentukan dari dosis <em>mycotoxin binder<\/em> yang digunakan dan cemaran toksin yang ada pada bahan baku seperti jagung.
