POULTRYINDONESIA, Jakarta – Indonesia, as a country located in South East Asia with approximately 270 million inhabitants, which makes Indonesia as one of the strongest force in terms of human resource. In addition, with enormous population projection, the Indonesian Government now led by Joko Widodo and Ma’ruf Amin opt to emphasize on the development of human resources in their leadership era. 
The initiation of superior human resource has been planned in advance. The basis of this plan was according to the data from the Ministry of National Development Planning (Kementerian PPN/Bappenas) wherein 2030, Indonesia will set foot in demographic bonus so that the high quality of human resource needs to be prepared. Furthermore, based on the United Nations, the peak of a demographic bonus of Indonesia will be more than 65 million young and productive manpower in the age of 15-64, which is the largest number since Indonesia Independence. Indonesia also has a potency to lead in the era of single market ASEAN because of the total population of Indonesia reached more than 40% of the entire ASEAN population. This productive generation should be captured by the poultry sector as an industry that has about 400 billion rupiahs of economic value.
