POULTRYINDONESIA, Jakarta – Demographic bonus that has been predicted to be experienced by Indonesia in 2030 must be prepared by all economic support sectors, including the poultry sector. Poultry Indonesia along with Indonesian Livestock Development Agency (BPPI), collaborated with Indonesian Livestock Alliance (ILA) and Indonesian Animal Husbandry College Leaders Forum (FPPTPI), held Indonesian Livestock Club (ILC) seminar with the title ‘Initiating Superior Poultry Human Resource’, through Zoom, on Saturday (4/7).
In his presentation Prof. Suyadi, as Secretary-General of FPPTPI and also as Dean of Faculty of Animal Husbandry Brawijaya University said that nowadays, the human resource should have a good vision about future, have a creative and innovative mindset, and responsive to every change or agile.

“Human resources that are needed today should be mastered and implemented IT as a trend to every industry in the future,” said Suryadi.
Meanwhile, another opinion from the industry point of few, Ir. Syafri Afriansyah as a Head of Human Capital Poultry Integration PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia (CPI) argues that the human resource which required by the industry are those who have competence, progress, and goals. They also should fulfil three aspects, such as competency, commitment, and contribution.
