POULTRYINDONESIA, Jakarta – The 10th China Trade Fair Indonesia 2025 was officially opened alongside ten other exhibitions, including the Jakarta Pet Expo 2025. This series of international exhibitions is being held at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta, and will run for four days from November 26–29, 2025.

The exhibition is joined by hundreds of Chinese companies from various sectors showcasing more than 300 products, and it is projected to attract over 50,000 visitors. Beyond product displays, the event also provides opportunities for attendees to join various forums, such as the Poultry & Livestock Innovation Forum.

As the organizer, Country Manager of PT Meorient Exhibition International, Larissa Zhou, expressed her appreciation to all parties supporting the event’s success. She emphasized that this exhibition is not merely a platform for showcasing products but also an opportunity to strengthen Indonesia’s market.

“Thank you for your trust. We extend our appreciation to everyone who has contributed to the growth and success of this event,” Larissa stated during the Opening Ceremony on Wednesday (26/11).

In addition to displaying products, Larissa added that the Pet & Poultry products category was specifically included due to the rapidly increasing demand in these sectors in Indonesia.

“This is not just an exhibition, but an effort to develop the market. This is a great opportunity for companies, and we hope it will be utilized optimally. Welcome, and thank you for your support.”

Also present at the event, Fahri Hamzah, Deputy Minister of Housing, emphasized that the Indonesian government is currently opening the widest possible business opportunities, especially in welcoming the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program aimed at fulfilling the nutritional needs of school children and pregnant women. According to him, Indonesia needs to learn from China’s success in building large-scale industries.

“What we should emulate from China is scale. Indonesia and China gained independence in the same year, but their per capita income is now three times higher,” Fahri said.

The government, Fahri added, is opening avenues for industrial collaboration to support the enhancement of national production capacity.

“China has the capability for mass production—their population is four to five times ours. We must learn from them so we can grow together as great nations.”

In the same event, Chen Wu, Representative of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Indonesia, described the exhibition as a symbol of the strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in the field of trade.

“It is an honor for me to attend the 10th China Trade Fair Indonesia 2025. On behalf of the Culture Division of the Embassy of China in Indonesia, I congratulate the organizers on the successful hosting of this exhibition,” said Chen Wu.

He also expressed appreciation for the participation of Chinese companies, which he said reflects a strong commitment to enhancing economic relations between the two countries.

“We thank the Indonesian institutions, associations, government, exhibition visitors, and Meorient Exhibition International for the support provided.”
