POULTRYINDONESIA, Jakarta – Following the initial orientation session held on June 24, 2026, the Charoen Pokphand Best Student Appreciation (CPBSA) Batch 7 program continued with a mentor introduction and project briefing session as preparation for the internship program at various business units of PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Tbk, which is scheduled to commence on July 1, 2026.
The activity brought together selected CPBSA Awardees and their assigned mentors according to their internship placements. During the session, participants received an overview of their upcoming internship programs, including project scope, objectives, and expectations from the respective business units where they will be assigned.
The topics introduced to the Awardees were diverse, covering areas such as breeding, broiler production, feed milling, technology, raw material quality, nutrition, and food processing operations. Through these initial discussions, participants also gained insights into working methods, learning targets, and the preparations required before entering the professional work environment.
Through this advanced orientation program, it is expected that CPBSA Batch 7 Awardees will develop stronger readiness, gain a clear understanding of their roles during the internship, and take an important first step toward building learning experiences that are closely aligned with industry needs.
The CPBSA journey is not only about completing projects and internships; it is also a platform for Awardees to learn, grow, and gain valuable real-world experiences that will benefit them in the future. As part of the program, CPBSA Batch 7 Awardees will undertake internships across various industrial units of PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia. In addition, participants are scheduled to join an industry trip in August 2026 to VIV Shanghai VIV Shanghai and visit several livestock industry facilities in China to broaden their knowledge and gain global exposure to the livestock sector.
